Butterfly Pose

  1. Namasté.
  2. Have a seat on your yogamat.
  3. Put your foot soles together and pull your feet towards yourself.
  4. Let your legs flutter like the wings of a butterfly.
  5. Now put your hands in the mat behind yourself and lay all the way down and place your hands in the mat, palms facing upwards .
  6. Take some deep long breaths.
  7. Put your palms back in the mat and get into sitting position.
  8. In your own time, get back up.
  9. Namasté.
