Yogizoo is aimed at both families with children as well as schools and institutions for children.
When you create a membership at Yogizoo, you accept the Terms and Conditions below. Please read them thoroughly as they constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Yogizoo.
Yogizoo offers online yoga classes when it fits you. As members of Yogizoo, you have full access to:
The access is reserved solely for the school/after-school care program on the contract. Access information must not be shared with others.
EXTRAORDINARY ACCESS FOR STUDENTS DURING CORONA
As long as schools and institutions for children have corona restrictions, Yogizoo offers private access to Yogizoo for all students. Thus, you are allowed to share the school’s username and password with the students.
Access to Yogizoo is paid annually and in advance. Already paid amounts will not be refunded.
Payment is made through invoice.
Your membership is activated immediately. Thus, you will get access to Yogizoo’s content immediately after ordering, and thereby you will waive your right of withdrawal for the purchase.
To get access to the Yogizoo platform, you will need an account. We will create this account as soon as the invoice for the agreed-upon period has been paid. We will then send the login information to the registered email.
When you log in for the first time, you should check to make sure that the user information is correct. It is your responsibility to keep the information updated. Otherwise, some of our services may not work as they are supposed to, and we will not be able to contact you with important messages.
Furthermore, it is your responsibility to ensure that others do not get unauthorized access to the account. You must immediately inform our Support about any unauthorized use of the account.
Deleting the account: You can always get your account and your information deleted by contacting our support.
Service monitoring and discontinuation:
We can deactivate, close, or discontinue access to your account at any time (1) if we, at our sole discretion, decide that you violate or have violated these terms or that we have encountered unexpected technical problems.
After any such deactivation, closure, or suspension, we strive to notify you via email or the next time you try to access the account.
Safety: Your safety is important to us. Although we work hard to make Yogizoo safe and thus also your account, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to bypass our safety measures.
Please notify us immediately of any actual or suspected violation or unauthorized access or use of your account.
Give permission to receive communications: You will periodically receive information by email about the operation of Yogizoo. You cannot opt-out of these emails as long as you use our Yogizoo.
Protection of your personal information: We take the collection, use, and safety of the personal data our users provide us with very seriously. By using Yogizoo, you accept the collection, use, and sharing of such personal data (as described in the Privacy Policy).
Ownership: All copyrights, trademarks, design rights, patents, and other intellectual property rights (registered or unregistered) in and on Yogizoo belong to Yogizoo.
Updates to these terms: Yogizoo reserves the right to change these terms. Changes do not apply retroactively unless it is required by law.
In cases where we do not ask for your express consent to a revised version of the terms, the revised version will take effect from the date specified in the new terms. Your use of Yogizoo after this date constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of revised terms.
Yogizoo’s content should be considered purely for information, and for this reason, Yogizoo cannot be held responsible for potential consequences of the use of Yogizoo’s videos. When you use our yoga videos, it is your responsibility to ensure that none of the children exceed their physical or mental limitations. You should also ensure that the children get challenged in a way that matches their abilities. From time to time, Yogizoo may suggest adjustments or use of equipment, and it is your responsibility to determine if the proposed adjustments or equipment are appropriate for the children and their level.
The agreement is subject to Danish law. Any dispute that may arise in connection with this agreement, including disputes concerning the existence or validity of the agreement, shall be settled by the City Court of Copenhagen.
