Yogizoo is aimed at both families with children as well as schools and institutions for children.
When you create a membership at Yogizoo, you accept the Terms and Conditions below. Please read them thoroughly as they constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Yogizoo.
Agreement and product
Yogizoo offers online yoga classes when it fits you. As members of Yogizoo, you have full access to:
- Teaching with animation and sound therapy
- Teaching materials in PDF format which can be downloaded for every chapter
The access is reserved solely for the school/after-school care program on the contract. Access information must not be shared with others.
EXTRAORDINARY ACCESS FOR STUDENTS DURING CORONA
As long as schools and institutions for children have corona restrictions, Yogizoo offers private access to Yogizoo for all students. Thus, you are allowed to share the school’s username and password with the students.
Access to Yogizoo is paid annually and in advance. Already paid amounts will not be refunded.
Payment is made through invoice.
Right of Withdrawal
Your membership is activated immediately. Thus, you will get access to Yogizoo’s content immediately after ordering, and thereby you will waive your right of withdrawal for the purchase.
Use of our Services
To get access to the Yogizoo platform, you will need an account. We will create this account as soon as the invoice for the agreed-upon period has been paid. We will then send the login information to the registered email.

Service monitoring and discontinuation:
We can deactivate, close, or discontinue access to your account at any time (1) if we, at our sole discretion, decide that you violate or have violated these terms or that we have encountered unexpected technical problems.
After any such deactivation, closure, or suspension, we strive to notify you via email or the next time you try to access the account.
Safety: Your safety is important to us. Although we work hard to make Yogizoo safe and thus also your account, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to bypass our safety measures.

Changes to the terms and product specific terms
Updates to these terms: Yogizoo reserves the right to change these terms. Changes do not apply retroactively unless it is required by law.
In cases where we do not ask for your express consent to a revised version of the terms, the revised version will take effect from the date specified in the new terms. Your use of Yogizoo after this date constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of revised terms.
